With more than 25 years experience in the home building industry, I bring real building knowledge to every inspection. I am a registered builder with the Building and Plumbing Commission in Victoria and have worked with some of the major residential builders across the state.
For the past 5 years, I have focused on building inspections and have inspected hundreds of homes across Melbourne’s western suburbs and Geelong. This includes pre purchase inspections, new home stage inspections, handover inspections and defect inspections.
I understand how homes should be built, where issues commonly occur, and what defects can become costly if they are missed. My role is to provide clear, honest and practical reporting so clients know exactly where they stand before they buy, build or take possession of a home.

Staying Current
The building industry changes, and staying current matters. I regularly attend training sessions and keep up to date with changes to building requirements, standards and industry expectations.
This helps ensure inspections are carried out with current knowledge, practical experience and a strong understanding of what is required in residential construction.

Outside of work, I am a family man with a young growing family. I understand how important a home is, whether you are buying, building or preparing to move in.
